Join Mairin, of Move with Mairin, and some other yoga-loving folks for a retreat right outside Joshua Tree, California. As a way of embracing the theme of “Spring Cleaning” that tends to arise during this time of year, we'll spend some time throughout this retreat clearing some old stories in order to make space for what's really true.
We'll be nourishing ourselves with fully catered, local, clean meals and a well-balanced movement series. More than that, we'll give our nervous systems time, space, breath, and rest. We'll self-soothe. We'll let our bodies rediscover their natural rhythm. We'll hold space for each other and we'll have FUN.
