We recognize the heart, intention, and countless hours that go into creating a successful retreat.

Because of this, we approach pricing as a partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all model. We offer dynamic pricing and work collaboratively with you to create an experience that is both impactful and financially sustainable.

We also believe pricing should be simple. We provide one total retreat price that includes everything — all taxes, fees, and amenities — with no hidden costs. We don't charge for early check-in or late check-out, and whenever possible, we include an extra night for the host and an assistant, all within that one price.

To block the dates we just require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit via Zelle or Venmo. Once received, we will block the dates and send you a payment plan with dates leading up to your retreat date with the final balance due 30 days out.  We work with you to accommodate your needs.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If for some reason you need to cancel your retreat, the deposit and any payment amounts that were made up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable and will be kept on file to be applied toward a future retreat date.  

We are permitted through the Town of Yucca Valley for up to 50 day time guests.

We love preserving the beautiful dark desert nighttime sky! 

All exterior lights need to be turned off after 10pm in order to respect local limits on light pollution.

We also follow the towns good neighbor policy by observing quiet time after 10pm.

Because we are in such a rural area, we usually recommend that people rent cars from the airport and drive out. That also gives people a chance to explore the area during any free time.  We are about 45 min from Palm Springs Airport, the closest airport.
